The longboard 90 society
The World Gravity Speed Association created the Longboard 90 Society to recognize those individuals, who with skill and undaunted courage, hurtle themselves down the steepest gravity road in the world while standing on nothing more than the longboard skateboard. In doing so, these extreme gravity athletes would exceed the 90 barrier mph! Nothing short of incredible! This historic photo is of the Fantastic Fast Four, these four men became the first members of the elite WGSA Longboard 90 Society and would do so all at the same event, on the same day. The WGSA would like to give a standing ovation and congratulate these individuals on their historic milestone accomplishments.
The members listed below are in the numerical order in which they exceeded 90 mph. The speeds posted are their first speeds recorded in excess of 90 mph. The WGSA would to wish all those who seek membership into the Longboard 90 Society the best of luck in their future speed quests. The Fantastic Fast Four was a group of incredible athletes that on Sept. 16 2017 made gravity speed racing history! Andres Inde, Tim Del, Pete Connolly, and Max Capps would all run in excess of 90 mph while riding a longboard at the L'Ultime Descente Speed Challenge! GO FAST |
